The State of Babel, Avoiding XSS attacks with Redux and a Comparison of Redux vs MobX

Happy New Year from all of us at Fullstack React! We are looking forward to all the new libraries, packages and applications that will emerge in the React ecosystem in 2017.

This week we included an article published earlier this month about Babel -- it's history, the current state of the project and it's future. Babel is an important part of using React to it's full potential and the members of the Babel team are working hard to make it even better. Check out their roadmap for the current needs and future of Babel and see if there's a way you can contribute! :)

We also have quite a few tutorials in this newsletter -- a few in depth Redux articles as well as a fun little exercise with JavaScript characters.

Last, but certainly not least, we've included two libraries -- one for using React with S3 uploads and a library for using the text to speech web API.

Best wishes for the new year from all of us at Fullstack React!
